Returns and Exchange Policy

Coospo believes in Quick and Easy returns, and wants to make this process as easy as possible for you.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery to you, unfortunately we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange.

To return or exchange your product, please contact support@coospo.com, we will reply to your email within 24 hours.

CANCELLATION

We will cancel and refund any order if your order has not yet shipped.
Orders are processed within 24hrs of being placed.
We may not have the ability to change a mistaken address after a unit is dispatched.
If you want to cancel an order or believe you have received a faulty unit, please do the following:
Email support@coospo.com.
Provide us with the order number.
Let us know your concern.

 

EXCHANGES 

We only replace items within 30 days if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@coospo.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

PRODUCT ARRIVED DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED?

We're sorry to hear that your Coospo product arrived in less than perfect condition. We'd like to resolve this issue right away with the help of our Customer Support Team and Quality Assurance team. They'll need to know a bit of information on your order as well as the issue you're experiencing with your Coospo product.

To report your issue, please reach out to our Customer Support team by emailing support@coospo.com with your order number. We may need you to make a short video, or take some pictures of the defects of the product and send them to support@coospo.com. After a preliminary analysis of the video or pictures, we will send you a brand-new replacement right away if it is confirmed to be defective on its arrival. If we determine that you have misrepresented Coospo product’s condition and that the product is not defective, we will send you the right instructions and help you to use the product correctly.

 

RETURN & REFUNDS

We accept full refund for the order and returning shipping cost if your item is received as damaged or defective, for other returning reason, returning shipping cost is not refundable.

Once your return is received, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

HOW LONG WILL A REFUND TAKE?

We work as rapidly as possible to issue refunds, however, due to the multiple steps included in a return, this process typically takes 1 to 2 weeks. Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.

Here are some further suggestions and important reminders:

  1. Keep all packaging materials and shipping instructions, which may be necessary to process your return request;
  2. After returning the product, please send us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt; if we cannot receive this information, we must wait until the product arrives in our warehouse before processing.
  3. The refund will be arranged according to the same payment method you used when placing the order. All intermediary fees and bank fees will be borne by the client;
  4. If the package is found to be damaged or opened, you can refuse to sign for the package. Accepting broken or damaged packages may affect your return requirements;
  5. After receiving the defective item, we can arrange a refund or replacement of the product;
